Important Tips to Handle a Difficult Customer.

  1. Anytime you have a confrontation with a customer, always assume that all your other customers are watching and examining your interactions or exchanges.
  2. Be very careful of the reply you send to a customer who is frustrating you, especially on social media platforms because they can take a screenshot and use it to damage the reputation of your business.
  3. Remember that as humans, we are all prone to having a bad day. So always expect a customer to step on your toes every now and then especially when the customer is frustrated and paying for a service at the same time.
