1.0 Introduction
Shai Osudoku District Hospital, like many healthcare facilities, struggles with ineffective internal communication. Information gaps between departments lead to delays in patient care, misunderstandings about critical medical information, and hindered collaboration among staff (The Joint Commission, 2020). This can cause frustration and decreased morale, ultimately impacting patient safety and satisfaction. To address these challenges and create a more efficient and patient-centred environment, this project proposes a comprehensive strategy to improve information flow and collaboration across all departments at Shai Osudoku District Hospital.
1.1 Goal
To significantly improve information flow and collaboration across all departments within Shai Osudoku District Hospital, fostering a more efficient and patient-centered care environment.
